WHAT TYPE OF WORK WAS REQUIRED:

Consulting and roof quality assurance

 

THE PROBLEM:

This new roof installation comprising no less than 15 different roof sections, over 1 million square feet in size had many details that required review and revision. 

 

WHAT WE DISCOVERED:

As the work was completed over four years and continued year-round, the detailing of the 80mil thick TPO membrane was problematic at times.

 

THE SOLUTION:

As the sections were completed, an infrared scan of the section was undertaken, any wet insulation removed and the roof membrane restored.

 

THE END RESULT:

The  roof on this complex has a fifteen year ARCA warranty and should last for decades.
